In line with our values at Living Crystals, we aspire to make crystals available to people who may-not be able to buy it yet. We have created the option of Renting a crystal. 

This facility is only made available on certain crystals, which have unique healing properties, and do not have a good cheaper substitute crystal providing the same healing support. 

Terms of Rental Service: 

• For renting a crystal you can submit a request on our chat and we will revert to you with confirmation. 
• We may ask for additional information to check authenticity and other criteria that help us establish your need. 
• We hold the right to refuse or accept your rental request basis our internal criteria. 
• You are required to pay 100% of the Crystal cost, however we issue you a credit note of 80%. 
• This credit note can be used for any future use on our website (apart from renting a crystal).
• You can choose to retain the crystal you have taken, in which case the credit note will be cancelled and an intimation will be sent to you. You will need to inform us that you want to keep the crystal. 
• A crystal can be kept under the rental option for a maximum of 3 months, post which if the crystal has not been returned back the credit note will be withdrawn. 
• When you return the crystal, it is the buyers responsibility to ship it back to Living Crystals at their cost and in the original condition. In case of any damage, the crystal will be considered sold and the credit note given to you stands cancelled.
