Refund policy

Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase by emailing us at info@livingcrystals.in with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line and we don't provide any kind of replacement or exchange.
After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipping, and we won’t be able to guarantee a cancellation.
📦 Orders Already Shipped
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. At that point, our Returns Policy will apply.
💰 Refunds for Cancellations
If your refund is approved within the 12-hour window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or provider.

We want you to absolutely love your crystals — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

💎 Returns
Due to the delicate and energetic nature of crystals, we only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
* Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
* You must provide proof of purchase (order number/email confirmation).
Once we review your case, we’ll let you know how to return the item (if required) and arrange refund

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
* Sale items or gift cards
* Intuitively chosen crystals (where you allow us to pick for you)
* Custom or personalized items
* Crystals that have been used or altered

Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
